Starting at Georges Dock Building the tour takes approximately 2 hours and takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5pm, and Saturday mornings at 10am. Suitable for children aged 10 years and over. The admission fee is £8.00.
For groups of 10 or more and educational groups, tours can be arranged at other times outside of the normal tour times. Please email tours@merseytravel.gov.uk or call 0151 330 1004 for more information.
Please note that there are many steps to walk up and down and that some areas can be a bit dirty and cold so please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
There are a small range of souvenirs available to purchase to commemorate your visit.
Liverpool city centre is approximately 45 minutes drive from Chester, Manchester and North Wales. From the M6 the M62 leads into the city from the east. If travelling from North Wales or Chester take the M56 and then the M53 to the city via the Kingsway Tunnel (toll).
For public transport information please call the Merseytravel Customer Contact Centre on 0151 330 1000. The service is available between 7am and 8pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 8pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
