St Luke’s Church, or the Bombed Out Church, as the locals call it, is a famous Liverpool landmark that looks over the booming Bold Street. The church has been given its ‘Bombed Out Church’ nickname due to the fact it no longer has a roof due to the events of World War 2 and it has been kept like that ever since.
The Church now plays host to a range of events from craft fairs, to quiz nights and music gigs.
