Next Stop: Sefton Park  - Travel Green to Big Weekend Competition Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The Promoter of this competition is VisitLiverpool, part of Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership. Third Floor, Cunard Building, Water Street, L3 1AH.

 

Eligibility

 

  1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  2. Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

  3. Employees of Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership, affiliated transport providers, partners, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.   

 

Entry Period

 

  • The competition opens at 12:00pm Friday 23 May 2025.

  • Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm on 25 May 2025.

 

Entry Requirements

 

  • The photo must be:

 

  • Original and taken by the entrant.

  • Captured on public transport en route to the Big Weekend.

  • Posted during the entry period.

 

  • Each person may enter once per day, but may only win one prize. 

 

Selection of Winners

 

  • One (1) Grand Prize winner and Six (6) runners-up will be selected.

  • Entries will be randomly selected and contacted via direct message on the platform they entered on from VisitLiverpool within 7 days of the competition closing. 

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternative winner may be selected. 

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

 

Publicity

 

  • By entering, participants grant VisitLiverpool the right to repost, share, and use submitted images for marketing purposes on social media, websites, and promotional materials. 

 

Liability

 

  • VisitLiverpool is not responsible for:

 

  • Incomplete or misdirected entries.

  • Technical issues or delays with social media platforms

  • Any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of participation or prize redemption. 

 

Participants travel at their own risk and are encouraged to follow all public transport and event safety guidelines.

VisitLiverpool reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or terms at any time. 

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
