Welcome to the Accessibility Support Toolkit for visitor economy businesses in the Liverpool City Region

The spending power of disabled tourism is a huge £274 Billion. This toolkit has been developed by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and strategic partners Liverpool ONE and ACC Liverpool, to equip organisations with the knowledge and resources needed to enhance their accessibility offerings and unlock the potential of the disability tourism market.

The following resources detail best practices, accessibility training, guidance, and tools tailored for both small and large businesses, helping you connect with expert advice to ensure a more inclusive visitor experience for all.

One of the most important aspects of incorporating accessibility within any organisation is a commitment to continuous improvement. This digital toolkit will also reflect this commitment.

Please get in touch via this survey with any feedback about how this toolkit could be improved
