Media accreditation for the Eurovision Song Contest held at Liverpool Arena is being facilitated by the BBC and not the host city. This provides accredited media with access to the Eurovision Media Centre, where Liverpool will have a Destination Media Stand, to provide advice and support in relation to working in the city.
Additional accreditation will be required for media to access the Eurovision Village at the Pier Head. Anyone who would like to be considered for media accreditation for the Pier Head site (whether accredited for the Arena or not) should email firstname.lastname@example.org with the below information
- Your name
- Media outlet you are working for
- Contact details - emails and mobile phone numbers are required for main point of contact
- Please specify what date/s you would like access to the Eurovision Village - it is open to the media from 5-13 May
Please be aware, all press passes are non-transferable, and must be in the name of the designated individual. Due to fixed capacity, not all requests will be accepted.
There will also be a media information stand located within the British Music Experience inside the Cunard Building at the Pier Head available for media accredited for the Eurovision Village or any non-accredited media unable to access the Arena destination media information stand.
Liverpool City Region
Eurovision media accreditation is not required for media planning to film across the Liverpool City Region or outside Liverpool Arena. However, please see below to apply for the necessary filming permissions.
