1. GET THE OBVIOUS ONE OUT THE WAY

2. SEE A GIG UNDER GROUND

Heritage centre Willimasons Tunnels is located in the Edge Hill area of the city. The tunnels were built between 1810 and 1840 and the purpose of the tunnels has been widely discussed but still unknown! Alongside the tours the tunnels also make a great venue for a night out!
3. TAKE A WALK ALONG SOUTHPORT PIER

Southport Pier is Grade II listed and it's pretty big, being the second longest in Britain - but forget the facts and figures, it's beautiful and there’s nothing better than fish and chips by the sea.

Facts and figures say the Anglican Cathedral is the 5th largest cathedral in Europe, but we think the views are easily in first place. In summer, the sunset from the tip top of this cathedral is like something out of a fairytale. Check out a twilight tour too for night views!
5. HEAD TO THE ROOF OF CENTRAL LIBRARY

Not many people know that Central Library is not just a one trick pony, head to the roof for some pretty special views of William Brown Street at St George’s Hall and take a look at the Picton Reading Room to feel like you're on the set of Harry Potter.
