City centre family-friendly attractions include Underwater Street and Mersey Ferries, plus U-boat Story and Spaceport, where you can blast off on a virtual journey through space and time.

Museum of Liverpool, Tate Liverpool, Walker Art Gallery, Maritime Museum and World Museum all have child-friendly galleries, exhibitions and events. The beautiful Central Library has a large children’s section with lots of space to read and relax.

Liverpool has more parks than Paris – a run around one of these will make sure kids burn off some energy.
